Step 1: Oh, how to deal with my suffering!! The Step where most of the world is stuck. Vishada Yoga
Step 2: Let me pause and analyze suffering and.... myself. Sankhya Yoga
Step 3: Is there a different way to act in the world to make me happier? Karma Yoga
Step 4: Hey, working for a larger cause than "I, me, myself" gives me much more happiness!! Gyan Karma Sanyasa Yoga
Step 5: Hmm, let me understand more about my mind rather than searching for happiness outside. Karma Sanyasa Yoga
Step 6: Wow, Stabilizing my attention within gives me a preview of Bliss. Dhyana Yoga
End of Phase 1
Step 7: Now that I am stabilized within, can I understand this external world better? Gyan Vigyan Yoga
Step 8: There seems to be a larger Power governing this Universe which appears to be eternal. Akshara Brahman Yoga
Step 9: As I go deeper, this Power seems to be pervading every single thing & action in the world Raj Vidya RajguhyaYoga
Step 10: I can understand this Power better through every glorious moment in my life and Brilliance in the outside world Vibhuti Yoga
Step 11: OMG moment! This is what is meant by God!!! Viswaroop Darshan Yoga
Step 12: Stabilizing myself in the Awe & Surrender to this Power starts establishing me in the Bliss Bhakti Yoga

Step 13: What is the relationship between this Power, the world & Me? Kshetra Kshetragya Yoga
Step 14: The relationship seems to be driven by a Code (a Trinary one though instead of a Binary one)... Gunatraya Vibhag Yoga
Step 15: ... and this Code is the Manifestation of the Universal Power Purushottama Yoga
Step 16: The Code decides the qualities of every being & every thought; whether Good or Evil! Daivasura sampad Yoga
Step 17: This knowledge has now become the foundational truth (Shraddha) of my Life. Shraddhatraya Vibhag Yoga
Step 18: Permanent Bliss is and always was my nature. Moksha sanyasa Yoga
